1. Make a schedule.
It helps you to make a good and worthy decision. “Oh, okay, I’ll read it later” is not the way. Just make a schedule and credit hours for each subject that you can read in a week. The harder subject needs more time to study. So complete reading your challenging topic first. Use calendar and time to make your schedule and make a to-do-list that you can clear it up; it will help you succeed in learning in a manageable way.
2. Get some sleep.
Getting some rest/sleep after studying can help your brain cells connect to other brain cells. It strengthens your brain. You are sleeping after learning or learning after sleep increases your mind’s memory power, it fades. Getting enough sleep is a crucial thing for your memory fetching power. You should aim for seven or more hours to sleep at night.
3. Turn off your cell phone.
Turning on a cell phone can distract yours from concentration in study. You will be pulled away to check a notification or messages it distracts from a focus on study. So turn off your phone sound and concentrate on your study. But still, you are pulling to check your device. Just switch off your phone and dive into concentration. Or you can give it to your parents.
4. Relax.
Stress makes it hard to learn or catch the new things on your mind and lowers your memory power. Do some stress relief things like doing something that makes you enjoy, soft exercise, deep breathing, listen to music, and have some coffee. Remember to finish your challenging task first. It may feel more comfortable completing other tasks. Relax helps you to gain more learning quickly.
5. Find the right place to study.
Suppose you plan to study a lot. First, you need to make your study place comfortable. Set up your chair and desk, making you feel comfortable and no hurt on neck or back, hands wrist. Surrounding your area should be peaceful and quiet so that you can focus more on the study. It would help if you had a good place that makes you feel comfortable while studying. It may increase your both retention and concentration levels.
6. Choose your music.
If you have no quiet place, bring one noise-canceling headphone and use background music to concentrate. Listen to some soft music but not songs with lyrics. It may pull your attention while reading—just instrumental music (like nature music, working music, etc.). Background music can help you to focus on your study by providing motivation and making your mood. If you are in a long study session, music can help you. But there is no pressure to listen to music or not. If you study well in silence, feel free to turn off your music.

There will be teamwork and problem-solving. You can ask what you are not understanding. So never ignore if your friends invite you to join a study group.
10. Take a break.
Taking a short break after every hour is better than studying straightly. It can get rid of being bored while reading. Make a schedule 45 min learning and 15 minutes break. You can stand up, stretch your body, and you can respond to that friend’s chat. But after the break, you have to get back to study strictly. Apply this while studying; you will feel better and catch things up quickly.
