The school successfully conducted a Parents Meet Program on Asadh 21, 2082, where parents actively and enthusiastically participated in the session “Art of Parenting” organized by ECETA. The theme for the event was “Raising Mentally Strong Children.” The program was well-received, with the majority of parents showing strong engagement and involvement. Mr. Kamal Silwal presented impressively on the psychosocial and development of the children. The main goal of the program was to inform parents with the knowledge and strategies needed to raise emotionally and mentally strong children in today’s challenging world.
Objectives of the program:
To create awareness on the emotional and psychological needs of children.
To provide practical parenting techniques for developing mental strength and resilience in children.
To strengthen the relationship between parents, children, and the school community.
To encourage mindful, positive, and responsible parenting practices.
The session included interactive discussions, expert talks, real-life case
sharing, and Q&A segments where parents could ask questions and reflect on
their parenting styles.
A high number of parents actively participated and shared positive feedback. Strengthened the parent-school partnership. Raised awareness on the importance of mental health in children’s upbringing. Equipped parents with tools and insights to
support their children’s emotional development. Created a supportive community of parents open to learning and growing together.
The Parents Meet Program on “Art of Parenting” proved to be a meaningful and impactful event. It helped build a shared understanding across parents and educators’ fraternity about the importance of mental well-being in children and fostered a collaborative effort toward raising mentally strong and emotionally healthy individuals.
