Golden Peak High School proudly announces the successful participation of its students in a 2-night, 3-day scout camping program organized by Nepal Scouts. The event was held from 23rd to 25th Jestha, 2082, at the scenic Gokarna forest area, Kathmandu.
This school scout camping experience provided students with an immersive outdoor learning environment, where they engaged in a variety of scouting activities such as tent pitching, hiking, campfire sessions, first aid training, and team-building games. These activities were designed to foster leadership, discipline, self-reliance, and respect for nature — the core values of scouting.
The camping program not only allowed students to bond with their peers and mentors but also instilled in them a deep appreciation for community service and environmental awareness.
We thank Nepal Scouts for organizing such a valuable event and applaud our students for their active participation and excellent discipline throughout the camping period.
