Father’s Day is celebrated every year in Nepal in order to recognize the contribution of a father in the growth and development of his children’s life. I do not think any word or a sentence can describe a father. Father works hard so that he can support, protect and educate his family members. Father is the hero for his children and the center of his family. Father is like a big free tree who shadows his family throughout his life. He has unfathomable energy for and unconditional love for their children and family members.
Father is the most important member of the family whose love for his children is just like oxygen for the survival of their lives. There is not a single day that father has not done work and face difficulties. Father is the head of the family. He fulfills the demands of children and family members. Father makes sure that none of the members feels dejected for lack of anything. Father is the pillar of the family who protects the family from any kind of difficulties. Guardian, and simply being there every time. “Heart of a father is the masterpiece of nature.” So, we should love our father.
On this auspicious day, I would like to convey the message that everyone should honor and respect their father for what he is and what he has been doing for the whole family. Our fathers are very special people for us in millions who have been there with us in all difficulties and problems. Thus, we should always love our fathers and follow their directions in our life by making every day as Father’s Day. But, on the special day, Father’s Day, we should organize special programs and celebrate it as a great festival in order to revere our fathers.
