Kala Rai

Kala Rai is the Director of Golden Peak High School, bringing over 12 years of dedicated experience in school management with a strong focus on quality education, effective communication, parenting engagement, and institutional coordination and collaboration.

She has more than 15 years of professional experience in the development sector, working extensively in the areas of human rights, women empowerment, child rights, gender, and climate change. Her diverse background reflects a deep commitment to social justice, community development, and educational transformation.

Academically, she holds a Master’s Degree in Rural Development and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Psychosocial Counselling, equipping her with a strong foundation in both community development and mental well-being support.

Kala Rai continues to contribute meaningfully to both the education sector and the broader development landscape through her leadership, advocacy, and collaborative approach.
