Teachers of Golden Peak High School went through a 3-day long session of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) at GPHS by one of the best trainers of Nepal Mr. Shadev Mahat.
On the 3-day sitting, the teachers got clarity on the vision further development of the school and students, already listening concept, 4D of AI for new positive future, review the learning circle, concept of vicious circle in human relationship, Action-learning set, techniques for complaint management and many more beneficial agendas for the growth and development of the school, teacher, student and parents through AI approach.
